Anyone else playing this? The English beta opened up a few days ago, and holy crap it's some of the most fun I've had from a free mmo, if not from a free game in general. It's a lot like crossing old arcade beat-em-ups with a bit of fighting game in there, and a teeny amount of RPG. Considering Nexon's other games, it's definately a hell of a lot better than I would have ever guessed. So far the only real complaint that I have about the game is that the servers are kinda crappy and doesn't mix well with my ISP.

My friends and I seriously have a blast playing it. If you haven't had the fortune of getting an early access key to the beta, the normal launch starts on the 22nd, and I would seriously recommend it Happy happy joy joy

The game opened up to the general public today, and they're hosting an even that'll let you win prizes for leveling. I barely care about that myself since the game is actually fun enough to play just for the sake of playing, but...

Some of you guys should play =D

Have two level 23 characters--a berserker and an exorcist.

Experience is painfully slow right--I really hope they fix the experience tables, because 750k to hit one level isn't exactly plausible when you're getting 14-15k per run and are limited to about 15 a day. Even Dragon Warrior 7 wasn't this bad when it came to grinding.

Eh, they probably won't. It took Nexon years to get Maple Story to the point where getting to level 30 in a reasonable time was possible-  in a game where the level cap is 200. Since the level cap here is currently 40 (I think, I know in the Korean version it's 60) I don't think it's that horrible. Plus, generally every time a new dungeon opens up you gain a fuck ton of quests that cut down on the grind quite a bit.

Just bringing attention to this again. Remember when thread necromancy was a big deal? Me neither... anyhoo, they fixed a lot of stupid shit so leveling up is actually fun again, not to mention they added a new-ish class. Been playing quite a lot myself lately!
