Okay this is the most preposterously boring thing I could actually show off, but I decided to just so I -have- something to show off that's actually recent. In the future, more interesting artworks and also a colored version of what I've got here. Stay tuned, I suppose.

It looks significantly more pro than the last I have seen from you if you don't mind me saying. I shall keep an eye out for the rest.

No real update yet (I am pretty slow and got sidetracked on top of that, I'll get the Hera pic done soon enough) but I would like to know, anyone have any tips for rendering unpolished metal? I am not so great at figuring out shading techniques on my own.

ehn... it's tough.  Do a base of gray, white highlights and black shadows.   Confused  Look at something real and paint it, and practice, practice, practice.
I'm one to talk,( Whatever ) but there's just no substitute for it.

Man I just remembered this thread. I figured I should post some more stuff. I really gotta work on my output speed and probably more important, attention span.

I'm beginning to feel like my work is frustratingly boring. On a technical level I do okay, but on an artistic level it's all the same crap. I'm gonna try some experiments to see if I can take it to new level.
